Web Download or CD-ROM Installation

The initial installation is possible with a web download for those offices and individuals who currently use the LTCia software or have a full version of Microsoft Access 97, 2000, 2003 or XP installed on the their computers. The CD-ROM installs a "Runtime" version of Access, which will then enable users to receive automatic downloads of future updates. Loading the software on the computer can be handled by anyone at anytime.

User ID

Each producer needs a distinct user id. The id will be E-mailed not later than two business days of ordering the initial or renewal subscriptions. The ID is matched exactly to the producers name including case and punctuation.

All pages of each report will include the name of the consultant and the company name of either Lincoln Financial Advisors or Sagemark Consulting. The planner can change contact information such as designations, address, phone, and e-mail contact info at any time.
